Meetings and Events
PDM's (Professional Development Meetings) are usually held the 3rd Tuesday of each month. These meetings provide an opportunity for attendees to participate in informational presentations, network with industry experts, exchange ideas and get caught up on the latest happenings within the industry. We also conduct seminars and local plant tours. All of these meetings are aimed to promote the educational and professional development of our members. These meetings are open to both members and non-members. Come join us!
Reservation Details
To make reservations, you can pre-pay using our paypal registration form or reserve using our Online Registration Form. Please sign-up for these events 3-business days prior to the event date. Most of our events meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month, so please make your reservation accordingly. No-shows will be charged. To cancel your reservation without incurring any fees, please send an email to reservations 3 days prior to the event. Walk-ins will be accepted to our meetings; however, the menu may differ. Cost of Plant Tours & PDM Meetings is $25.00 Time of Plant Tours and PDM Meetings begin at 6:00 or 6:30 pm (unless otherwise noted). Dinner is normally served between 6:30-7:15 pm (unless otherwise noted).

Lucille Docter is a transformational supply chain executive and recognized thought leader with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and resilient global strategies. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives that optimized inventory, procurement, and logistics networks while building strong executive partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
A multilingual professional with deep expertise in logistics, S&OP/IBP, risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and agile planning, Lucille currently serves as Director of Operations at Champro Sports, where she leads multi-site warehouse operations across North and Latin America. In this role, she drives operational excellence, strategic process optimization, and performance improvement to support scalable and resilient supply chain execution. She also chairs the Innovation & Sensing Committee for the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), contributing to the annual Top Supply Chain Trends report and the Supply Chain Maturity Report.
Lucille is a frequent speaker and panelist at ASCM Connect, IBF conferences, and industry events. She is the author of peer-reviewed publications, including a UScellular case study, and continues to advance supply chain thought leadership through webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and committee work.
